J & S Plumbing and Heating Centre Ltd offers Free delivery on all orders over £100 anywhere in the following counties: Kent, Essex, London, Surrey, Sussex except in exceptional circumstances where you will be contacted directly with an individual delivery cost. Delivery to anywhere else in the UK is chargeable so please call however please note that there may be an extra charge for some deliveries made to areas of Scotland, Scottish Isles, Channel Isles and Northern Ireland. If you live in these areas we would advise you call for further details before placing your order.

Normal delivery is 2-4 full working days (Monday to Friday) on standard items. Please Note: that certain products are “non standard” and delivery times may exceed those stated. If you require an urgent delivery then it is advised that you contact us prior to ordering to check availability.
Customers are notified in advance of delivery dates for these items. When you place your order, we will notify you as to the date of the delivery via email. Please note that we can not specify the time of delivery, just the date. Alternatively you may specify a date which is more suitable for you. Delivery dates are only approximate and therefore J & S Plumbing and Heating Centre Ltd accepts no liability whatsoever in respect of late or delayed deliveries.
Our team at J & S Plumbing and Heating Centre Ltd recommends that you do not arrange to have your items installed until they have been delivered and checked for any damages or faults. In the unlikely event that goods are received as damaged or parts missing, then J& S Plumbing and Heating Centre Ltd will rectify this as quickly as possible. Please note that all goods are packaged and sealed direct from manufacturer, therefore J& S Plumbing and Heating Centre Ltd will not be held responsible for any costs incurred if goods are received as damaged or parts missing.
Deliveries must be signed for. Therefore, please ensure that someone will be available at your delivery address to sign for and check the goods. Please note: Delivery of Heavy or Bulky items will generally require that the delivery agent is given assistance off loading items.
All deliveries must be checked on arrival, and any damages are to be reported within 7 working days of receipt of your order. Do not accept damaged goods. If unsure, sign the delivery document as “unchecked”. In addition please do not install damaged goods as installation is acceptance that the product is in good condition.
